Superior Seating warrants its products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. Please review the warranty coverage and limitations below.
Warranty Coverage
Banquet bar stool metal frames are warranted against failure caused by broken welds for 10 years from the date of invoice.
Upholstery fabrics are covered only by the warranty provided by the applicable upholstery mill and are not included under Superior Seating’s standard warranty.
Cuts, tears, or other upholstery damage identified after receipt of the products has been accepted and signed for are not covered under this warranty.
Warranty Terms & Limitations
Important Information
Superior Seating may, at its discretion, issue credit for, replace, or repair a defective item covered under this warranty.
Superior Seating’s liability under this warranty will not exceed the original purchase price of the defective item.
This warranty does not apply to products that have been repaired or modified by anyone other than Superior Seating.
Superior Seating is not responsible for labor charges associated with unauthorized repairs.
Normal wear and tear is not covered under this warranty.
